By using WebCloudSoft and signing up as a Client, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, including those terms and conditions incorporated by reference. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the WebCloudSoft service.

By placing any order with WebCloudSoft, you agree to all our terms and it is your responsibility to read them. WebCloudSoft may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions, as they are binding on you.

In these Terms and Conditions, all services provided by and related to WebCloudSoft and all text, images, photographs, user interface, “look” and “feel”, data and other content are referred to as the “Web Site” and/or “Service.”

Content Monitoring & Disclosure

You acknowledge and agree that WebCloudSoft has the right (but not the obligation), at its sole discretion, to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any project or user-provided content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise objectionable, including content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

WebCloudSoft may access, preserve, and disclose account information if required by law or if reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with legal process
  • Enforce these Terms and Conditions
  • Respond to claims of rights violations
  • Provide customer support
  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of WebCloudSoft, its users, or the public

WebCloudSoft General Services

(a) Description

WebCloudSoft is an online service where registered clients (“Clients”) can post project descriptions (“Creative Briefs”), submit revisions (“Revision Briefs”), and receive deliverables (“Responses”) from professionals retained by WebCloudSoft (“Members”). Services are provided according to the selected package.

(b) Creative Briefs & Responses

Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their Creative Briefs. WebCloudSoft is under no obligation to review or validate briefs and may reject any brief at its discretion.

(c) Reviewing Responses

If you do not notify WebCloudSoft promptly about issues with a Response, it will be considered accepted. Revision Briefs may be submitted for changes.

(d) Revision Cycles

Revisions are generally unlimited but may be chargeable if they significantly deviate from the approved direction. Paid revisions will not begin without client approval.

(e) Packages

Available packages include (but are not limited to):

  • Web Design Packages
  • Ecommerce Website Packages
  • Web Portal Packages
  • Web Maintenance Packages
  • Digital Marketing Packages
  • Branding Packages
  • Animated Video Packages

Registration, Password & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify WebCloudSoft immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Clients own the Final Product delivered by WebCloudSoft
  • WebCloudSoft retains rights to unused concepts, drafts, and revision materials
  • Clients grant WebCloudSoft the right to use work for internal, archival, and promotional purposes

Privacy & Nondisclosure

WebCloudSoft follows its Privacy Policy but cannot guarantee absolute security. Policy updates may occur at WebCloudSoft’s discretion.

Eligibility & Acceptable Use

You must be 18+ to use WebCloudSoft services. You agree not to misuse the Web Site, infringe rights, distribute malicious software, or violate laws.

Communications

By using WebCloudSoft, you agree to receive service-related emails, newsletters, and promotional messages. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Validity of Refund

  • Money Back Guarantee valid within 15 business days, subject to conditions
  • No refund after revisions are requested
  • Refund percentages apply based on time elapsed
  • No refund after final files are delivered
  • No refund for completed websites or storyboard-approved videos
  • Custom packages follow single-package refund rules

All refund requests must be sent to WebCloudSoft support. Approval is case-by-case.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

WebCloudSoft does not guarantee accuracy, legality, or non-infringement of delivered content. Clients are responsible for copyright registration and licensed assets (images, fonts, media, etc.).

You may receive messages related to:

  • Appointments
  • Billing
  • Follow-ups
